Add a Google+ Widget for Your Website
Google has recently introduced their social
approach embed with rich real life experience to their users through Google+
project. The Google+ meant to offer real life sharing experience for Google
users. Yet there is no official widgets available as on other popular social
media such as Facebook or Twitter, you can add 3rd party Google+ Widget for
your website to stay in touch with your visitors.
Widget Plus widget direct visitors to your
Google+ profile and helps you to show off your Google+ updates. After
implementing the widget on your website/blog, you can get more statistic about
Google+ widget and about your recent followers. The Widget Plus Google+ widget
is available in multiple languages for ease of use.
Steps:
1. Navigate to Widget Plus website.
2. Click on Get Widget button.
3. Customize your settings related to
the widget and live preview is available on the same page. You can find
your Google+ ID as follows,

i. Go to your Google+ page.
ii. Take a look at the address bar of your
browser for the URL and you will find your Google+ ID as follows,
http://plus.google.com/12345678910111213141516
- Your
Google+ ID
4. If you are done with customization, Click
on Get Code button and grab the code.
5. Paste your code in your website or
if you're a Blogger user, add the code with the help of HTML/JavaScript gadget.
Note: You can find
more statistics about your Google+ widget and recent followers from Widget Plus Statistics.
But it may take 48 hours or more to populate data after implementing widget on
your website/blog.
